Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling, staffing coverage, and daily coordination of home care services.
This is a fast-paced, in-office role that requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to think quickly to meet staffing needs.
This position is not remote. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Falls Church, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule Home Health Aides, CNAs, and caregivers for patient assignments
- Ensure all shifts are staffed appropriately and in a timely manner
- Manage call-outs, schedule changes, and last-minute coverage needs
- Communicate effectively with field staff, patients, and office team
- Maintain accurate scheduling records in system
- Verify caregiver availability, credentials, and compliance requirements
- Support onboarding and scheduling of new hires
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of home health staffing or scheduling experience required
- Experience coordinating HHA or CNA schedules in a home care setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to think on your feet
- Experience with scheduling systems or EMR preferred
