Daily Scheduling
- Build, manage, and update daily schedules for:
- RNs / LPNs
- Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapists
- Home Health Aides
- Schedule:
- Start of Care (SOC)
- Resumption of Care (ROC)
- Routine visits
- Therapy evaluations & follow-up visits
- Recertification & discharge visits
- Notify clinicians of schedule changes
- Communicate visit times to patients as needed
- Follow up on availability changes or call-offs
- Ensure visits are scheduled within the required timeframes
- Adjust visits due to hospitalization, patient requests, or staff availability
- Track missed visits and reschedules
- Maintain accurate information in the scheduling/EMR system
- Update clinician availability, coverage areas, and visit types
- Log changes and communicate with office team when needed
- Work with office staff to ensure schedules remain full and efficient
Required
- Experience in home health or healthcare scheduling
- Strong computer and EMR skills ( WellSky/Kinnser, etc.)
- Excellent phone, text, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Previous experience scheduling in a skilled home health agency
- Understanding of SOC/ROC timing and visit frequency expectations
