As our Clinical Manager, you'll guide and support a dedicated team of nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides while ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

What You'll Do
- Lead the daily clinical operations of our Washington, DC office
- Supervise and mentor nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides
- Review OASIS assessments, plans of care, and clinical documentation for quality and compliance
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Conditions of Participation, and accreditation standards
- Monitor quality metrics and lead performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and interdisciplinary team members
- Conduct case conferences, clinical audits, and staff coaching
- Support employee development, retention, and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Active Washington, DC Registered Nurse (RN) License Required
- Multi-State License Preferred
- Minimum of one year of Home Health Clinical Management or Supervisory Experience Preferred
- Strong Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare Regulations, and Conditions of Participation
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Home Health EMR Preferred
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Passion for Building High-Performing Clinical Teams
