Occupational Therapist (OT)

Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health services throughout Northern Northampton County, Pennsylvania, including Pen Argyl, Wind Gap, Bangor, and surrounding communities.

What You’ll Do

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living and functional independence
• Provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Home health experience preferred
