Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise a team of caregivers providing unskilled home healthcare services.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with clients and their families to assess needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Ensure that care plans are implemented effectively and adjusted as necessary based on client requirements.
- Monitor the quality of care provided by caregivers through regular evaluations and client feedback.
- Implement improvements and best practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing home healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate records of client care, employee schedules, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist in the development and management of the departmental budget.
- Monitor expenses, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial objectives
- Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for caregivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among caregivers, clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and emergency situations.
Requirements:
- Experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry, preferably in home healthcare or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in home healthcare.
