What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive OT evaluations
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Help patients improve independence with ADLs
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional ability
- Address bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and household activities
- Assess home safety and fall risks
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Monitor progress and update treatment plans
- Complete reassessments and discharge planning
- Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete accurate documentation using WellSky
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapist License Required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Reliable transportation
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required
- WellSky Experience is a Plus
