Agrality is seeking a Commercial Director to lead and expand sales for our North American Seed Production business. Agrality operates two production sites in Fremont, NE and Mendon, MI, and an R&D facility in Lafayette, IN.
We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented, and customer-focused commercial professional, capable of maintaining existing and building strong commercial relationships and driving growth in the ag industry.

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to identify and capture new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure commercial growth and market positioning.
• Act as Agrality’s main spokesperson in the U.S. while serving as the direct point of contact for all current and potential customers.
• Partner with the Operations Director to optimize pricing, profitability, and business planning.
• Ensure effective internal and external communication, reporting, and information flow throughout the year.
Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the ag industry, preferably in seed production or agribusiness.
• Proficient in English (bilingual or native level); Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP and Power BI is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial initiatives and develop long-term customer relationships.

• Professional with proven commercial experience and solid understanding of the U.S./Midwestern agricultural market.
