What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Access Coordinator position at Human Resources Center of Edgar and Clark Counties?
The Client Access Coordinator is responsible for customer service and daily operations at the Reception Area, including, but not limited to: answering the telephones, taking applications for service, routing calls, and taking client payments. The position will also offer support to the data and billing processes as needed.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Computer knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Mathematical ability.
- Record keeping ability and experience.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to greet public and be professional.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sit, up to 100% of the time.
- Lift, push, pull and carry up to 20 pounds, 11-40% of the time.
- Reaching in front of body, up to 75% of the time.
- Bending, 11-40% of the time
- Simultaneous use of hand, wrist, and fingers, 76-100% of the time.
- Talking 76-100% of the time.
- Hearing for ordinary conversation 76-100% of the time.
- Visual acuity for 20” or less, 76-100% of the time.
JOB HAZARDS:
1. Blood Borne Pathogens: This job may involve exposure to blood borne pathogens. Universal precautions are required.

WORK HOURS: 17-19 hours per week, Monday through Thursday.
Pay: $16.05 per hour
