We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation position in Roswell, Marietta, and Fayetteville GA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing individualized care and comfortable treating patients across neurologic and orthopedic rehabilitation needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations and establish appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide 1:1, 60-minute therapy sessions.
- Deliver individualized neurologic and orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient outcomes and make clinical adjustments when necessary.
- Educate patients regarding exercises, recovery, and injury prevention.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation.
- Coordinate care with the broader rehabilitation team.
- Provide a professional, patient-focused experience throughout treatment.
