Essential Job Functions
- Answer questions from customers pertaining to real estate tax, prepay escrow and mobile homes.
- Collect all tax monies daily.
- Maintain and balance cashier II window.
- Posts work for real estate and mobile homes daily.
- Prepares payment plans for real estate and mobile homes, escrow prepay.
- Collects and processes mail daily.
- Monitor and track paperwork for County Growlink program.
- Monitors DeTac forms.
- Monitors and processes Penalty Remission forms.
- Produces, prepares and mails all escrow prepay coupons to customers.
- Balances and posts over escrow into real estate module at the end of each collection.
- Transfer of mobile home titles.
- Verifies taxes due for Auditors Office concerning exempt tax forms.
- Ensuring compliance with County policies and Ohio Revised Code regulations.
- Operating and maintaining office equipment.
- Prepare and execute accounts payable and receivable in the real estate system, mobile home system and current and delinquent.
- Knows all aspects of Treasurer’s Office and performs associated duties for each position.
