We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Columbus, GA. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping children improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life in a supportive clinical setting.

Responsibilities
You’ll achieve success by:
- Provide pediatric physical therapy services within a daycare setting, allowing children to receive care during their normal daily routines for more natural, real-world progress.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, and caregivers) to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.
- Review each child’s medical history, developmental milestones, and family concerns to guide evidence-based, individualized care.
- Evaluate movement, strength, coordination, balance, and functional skills through play-based and standardized assessments in the child’s everyday environment
- Create individualized, family-centered treatment plans that support development and participation in daily daycare activities and routines.
- Monitor progress closely and adjust the plan of care to meet each child’s evolving needs.
- Partner with families and caregivers by providing education, home exercise programs, and strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist Licensure
- 1-2 yrs of Pediatric Practice preferred.

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 $inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
