Requires a complete understanding of the organization's position on life issues and signing the HLI Non-Disclosure Agreement and the HLI Statement of Faith.

Job Description:
This role is crucial to cultivating strong relationships with donors and maintaining accurate records that make fundraising possible.

You'll spend time working in our database to make sure contact information and giving information is accurate and up to date. You'll also send gift receipts, thank you letters, and new donor welcome mailings. You'll have occasional phone contact with donors and participate in team discussions finding ways to improve the donor experience.

Both the fundraising and finance teams will rely on you for the information they need to function properly. You'll need to learn detailed systems and produce excellent work on schedule.

• Quick to learn new digital tools
• Aptitude with numbers
• Donor-first attitude, clear and friendly communication skills
• Passionate pro-lifer, upholds Catholic teaching on all life and family issues

If you have experience working in a database, competency with Virtuous CRM, or any type of finance education or background, please highlight those things in your resume. They are not required to apply but will be helpful.

Future:
You'll develop database and donor cultivation skills that are essential to all non-profits. Experience in this position would prepare you for future roles at HLI that involve greater responsibility in the area of fundraising, finance or database management.

Location:
Our office is in Front Royal, VA. This role must be performed on location.
