Position Title: Records Supervisor
Location: Quentin N Burdick Job Corps Center, Minot, ND
Reports To: Administrative Services Director
The Records Supervisor position provides support for a U.S Department of Labor Job Corps contractor. The Job Corps program is a federally-funded residential training program. The mission of Job Corps is to provide career-ready technical and basic skills (academic) training and job placement assistance to program eligible youth ages 16-24.
Summary of Duties:
Provides management over the student services and accountability process in compliance with the DOL, corporate and center polices. Responsible for the maintenance, accuracy and completeness of student records and schedules.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of the student services and accountability area and ensures quality assurance and data integrity
- Oversees staff members assigned to the Records Department.
- Ensures staff members have adequate training to complete key areas of responsibilities.
- Ensures that the Records Department is administered within the guidelines of the DOL, company and center guidelines.

Ensures that recorded information is accurate, up-to-date, and timely, and meets
quality standards developed by the DOL, Corporate Office or Center. Maintains
center OBS at 103% of contracted on board strength. - Helps facilitate Center’s meeting of OMS goals.
- Develops SOPs to ensure that there is high quality and efficiency in the department. Has primary responsibility for student pay and clothing trip management. Prepares travel reconciliation.

Acts as the CIS administrator. Audits accountability reports daily to ensure
accuracy and timeliness. Develops action plans to meet and exceed established
department goals. Trouble-shoots problems and resolves issues quickly and
efficiently. -
Performs data entry, data verification and reconciliation in all areas of student
accountability.
Education/Experience:- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Four years experience in a related field.
