Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the growth of Human Factor Design by assisting with outreach, lead generation, and relationship management with prospective and existing clients.
Day-to-day tasks include helping prepare sales materials and presentations, updating CRM or contact databases, drafting marketing content for email, social media, and other channels, and coordinating follow-ups with prospects.
The intern will also assist with basic market research, tracking campaign performance, and supporting internal team communications about sales activities. This is a remote internship role, offering flexibility while working closely with the sales and marketing team on real client-facing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and clients professionally and clearly.
- Interest and foundational abilities in Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation, pipeline tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Capacity to assist with Training-related tasks, such as preparing materials or supporting onboarding for tools and processes.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and basic proficiency in productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, manage time effectively, and work in a structured yet dynamic environment.
- Relevant academic background or coursework in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
