Position Summary
Human Domain Solutions, LLC (HDS) is sourcing two (2) Korean-speaking role-players to support an immersive Special Operations Forces (SOF) training exercise on Oahu, Hawaii. Role-players portray Korean-speaking personnel within a realistic operational scenario, interacting with a SOF training audience to drive learning objectives tied to the unit’s mission essential task list (METL). The ideal candidate pairs native-level Korean with a military intelligence, HUMINT, or SOCOM-support background, enabling authentic, scenario-accurate performance under the direction of the exercise control cell.

Essential Responsibilities
- Portray an assigned Korean-speaking role within the exercise scenario, in character and consistent with the approved script and control-cell direction.
- Conduct interactions primarily in Korean, adjusting register, dialect cues, and demeanor to fit the role and the training audience.
- React authentically to SOF tactics, questioning, and engagement techniques to create realistic training conditions that exercise the unit’s METL.
- Support scenario events such as HUMINT-style engagements, source meetings, screening interactions, key-leader engagements, and crowd/atmospherics as scripted.
- Take direction from the exercise control cell / white cell; stay within scenario guardrails and adjust on cue.
- Participate in role-player briefs, rehearsals, and after-action feedback as scheduled.
- Comply with all site access, safety, OPSEC, and clearance-handling requirements throughout the period of performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship. Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Active security clearance. Active SECRET clearance, or current in-scope SECRET eligibility verifiable in DISS.
- Korean proficiency. Korean at DLPT Listening 2 / Reading 2 (L2/R2) or higher, or documented native / heritage fluency where no test score exists. Strong speaking ability is essential to the role.
- Relevant background. Experience in one or more of: military intelligence, HUMINT, or SOCOM /SOF support.
- SOF METL familiarity. Working familiarity with SOF mission essential task lists and how role-player performance supports SOF training objectives.
- Performance ability. Able to sustain an immersive role and react credibly to a SOF training audience for the duration of each training day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior SOF or SOF-enabler experience (e.g., Special Forces, Civil Affairs, PSYOP/MISO, or SOF intelligence).
- Prior role-player, observer/controller, or exercise-support experience.
- Higher Korean proficiency (L3/R3 or above) and familiarity with North Korean dialect and register.
Compensation and Logistics
Rate: [$245-$430] — commensurate with experience, clearance, and language proficiency; language/clearance premium may apply.
Schedule: [10-25 JULY]; on-site daily for the training window, including briefs and rehearsals.
Travel / Lodging: Flight and Lodging will be provided.
