Seeking a Registered Nurse to work with adults with intellectual disabilities in our Hagerstown Residential program. This is a Monday - Friday daytime position, 8a - 4pm with on-call phone triage rotation approximately every 6 weeks. Starting pay is $34.65/hr. with an increase to $35.69 after 90 days. Responsibilities would include assessments, the development of Nursing Care Plans, and training staff on ADLs, CPR/First Aid (training provided) and serving as resource and support to Direct Support Professionals/Certified Medication Technicians working in the center and in the community.
Four weeks PTO after 90 day introductory period, paid training, paid holidays, paid snow days, health, vision, and life insurance. Additional insurance policies available. This position qualifies for overtime. Experience with intellectual / developmental disabilities preferred but not required. Delegation / case management training provided.
