QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
3. CAREeVantage software knowledge preferred.
4. Experience in data management preferred.
5. Strong analytical skills required.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
7. Ability to organize time and set priorities required.
8. Must possess valid Driver’s License.
9. Must successfully pass all agency-required background checks.
10. Must be sympathetic to the goals of a Community Action Agency.
WAGE
$22.00/hour plus agency fringe benefits
Fringe benefits include paid time off.
WORK LOCATION

SCHEDULE
Part time position working Mondays – Thursdays, 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Accurately enter Senior Services data into CAREeVantage software program as well as programmatic spreadsheets.
2. Responsible for recording messages left on the Senior Transportation hotline, scheduling rides, and responding to requests.
3. Ensure volunteer driver files are accurate and up to date as required by funding source.
4. Accurately enter outcomes into agency wide services program, LITT.
5. Responsible for Home Delivered Meal scheduling, change boards, and other data functions.
6. Complete customer satisfaction survey calls and provide assistance, as needed with not home and service inquiry phone calls.
7. Assist in Spoonfuls of Plenty Volunteers, Scheduling, and documentation.
8. Fill in as Dining Center Host, as needed.
