POSITION TITLE: Regional Director of Clinic Services ( Pro Life Organization )
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

REPORTS TO: Vice President of Family Services
SUMMARY:
The Regional Director of Clinic Services is responsible for managing the work of Practice Managers at assigned clinics. Additionally, this individual is responsible for implementation of the client flow methodology, policies, procedures, and budget. The primary areas of responsibility are training, management of Practice Mangers, improving the overall Life Decision Rate (LDR) and Effective Rate (ER) for the assigned clinics in order to assist Human Coalition achieve its mission of existing to rescue children and serve families across America.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Oversee Urgent Care and Continuum of Care programs at assigned clinics
Ensure that operational and medical policies and procedures are carried out by the client services staff, medical staff, and continuum of care staff
Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to Practice Managers
Conduct scheduled written and oral evaluations of Practice Managers
Oversee expenditures for budgeted expenses of the assigned clinics
Ensure compliance with all clinic policies and procedures and help implement all new policies
Hold regular meetings with assigned Practice Managers to discuss client and staffing needs, progress, goal setting and implementation
Plan regular interaction with the Vice President of Family Services to relate client or client service staff and medical staff needs, progress of client programs and services, problems, goal setting and implementation
Interview and make recommendations for hiring of program staff
Responsible to change personnel, client flow process, and training if needed to effectively produce results for LDR and ER
Ensure the medical staff complies at all times with the doctor’s standing orders, policies, and procedures
Ensure clinics comply at all times with relevant federal, state, and local laws
Ensure that all programs and services are following all office policies & procedures and are providing excellent standard of care
Aid Vice President of Family Services in developing all aspects of client flow methodology
Assist Practice Managers to ensure the mental, emotional, and spiritual health of clinic staff
Oversee the training plans for clinic staff in assigned clinics
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree, preferably in a related field, or equivalent related experience
(4) years of experience in a helping profession or in a position requiring management experience or equivalent
