POSITION TITLE: Regional Director of The Benefits Center (Christian Pro-life Organization)
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
TYPE: Full time - (Onsite - Must be located in Plano, TX)
REPORTS TO: National Director of Social Services
SUMMARY: The Regional Director of The Benefits Center is responsible for managing the work of the Benefit Center Manager as well as benefits center agents and enrollment agents in all Benefit Center locations. Additionally, this individual is responsible for implementation of the benefits center flow, methodology, policies, procedures, and budget. The primary areas of responsibility are training, management of benefit center managers, monitoring the effectiveness of the enrollment/benefit verification process, and improving state benefit program enrollments. This management level position will also focus on evaluating the impact that both Texas and North Carolina state programs have in their community and other target audiences. The Regional Benefits Center Manager role will assist Human Coalition in achieving its mission of existing to rescue children and serve families across America.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintain excellent communication and exhibit best practice professional relationship skills
Responsible for regular and consistent outreach and coaching for managers in Benefit Center Manager roles
Assist managers with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Attending marketing meetings as well as state program focused markets
Research, design, and implementation of program enhancements and growth strategies
Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
3 - 5 years of management or relevant work experience
On the job CPP certification will be provided
