Benefits Center Agent - Full Time - Onsite Plano, TX

Position Title: Benefits Center Agent (Christian Pro-Life Organization)

Classification: Non-exempt 

Type: Full Time – Weekdays – Onsite Plano, TX

Report To: Benefits/Enrollment Manager 

Summary: Benefits Center agents help callers who are seeking benefits for a pregnancy or for parents that have children under the age of 3. The agent learns about their situation and recommends programs that would best fit their needs. In addition, the agent recommends online classes they can take to earn free diapers and access to programs like Nurse Family Partnership (NFP). Human Coalition is a Christian Pro Life Organization. 

Essential Functions: 

• Answer inbound calls 
• Make outbound calls 
• Utilize the CRM database (Salesforce) 
• Listen attentively 
• Set appointments

• Excellent communication skills

• Service oriented

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Supervisory Responsibility: 

• None 

Education and Experience:

• Sales experience preferred 
• Background in pro-life, crisis center, call center helpful
