We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site electrical teams, drive productivity, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

As a Superintendent, you will:

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on active job sites.
• Work hands-on in the field, ensuring high productivity and exceptional workmanship.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Track project progress and implement strategies to improve field performance.
• Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment while coaching and developing team members.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman-level electrical role.
• Deep knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents.
• Proven success managing field productivity and high-performing crews.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
