The Chief Human Resources Officer will play a critical leadership role in shaping the systems and strategies that support more than 2,000 employees across our district. Reporting directly to the Superintendent and serving on the Executive Team, the CHRO will guide talent strategy, labor relations, leadership development, and organizational systems and practices that allow our schools and staff to thrive.
