Account Manager - Distributor & Partner Channels (Dental / Pharma Industry)
Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to support and grow a network of distributor, reseller, and channel partner relationships. This position plays a key role in driving revenue through indirect sales channels while ensuring a high level of partner engagement and satisfaction.
In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for assigned partners, working closely with internal teams to align sales strategies, support product initiatives, and optimize overall channel performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned channel partners and distributors
- Develop and implement account strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Act as the primary contact for partner inquiries including pricing, product availability, and issue resolution
- Partner with distributors to establish sales goals, forecasts, and growth plans
- Monitor sales performance, inventory trends, and market conditions to identify opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and align on objectives
- Support product launches by ensuring partners are informed and prepared
- Ensure adherence to agreements, pricing structures, and operational guidelines
- Identify and pursue new channel partnership opportunities

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in account management, channel sales, or partner management
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and distribution channel strategies
- Experience managing multiple accounts and achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with CRM platforms and standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed to support partner relationships

- Commission potential of approximately $50,000 annually
