Recently named the #1 fastest growing company in California.(read about it here: https://www.inc.com/magazine/202104/kevin-j-ryan/human-bees-staffing-agency-inc5000-california.html)Position Title: CNC Lathe MachinistLocation: Fremont, CAPay: $30.00- 40.00/hrShift: Monday - Friday (1:00PM - 9:30PM)Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathes, including Haas CNC Lathes.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Perform machine adjustments to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.Conduct first article and in process inspections using precision measuring tools.Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to reduce downtime.Maintain equipment, keep the work area clean, and follow safety protocols.QualificationsProven experience in CNC lathe setup and operation, with Haas experience preferred.Strong understanding of G code programming and machine offsets.Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and other measuring instruments.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD and T.Detail oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to work independently or with a team.Company DescriptionHuman Bees knows what it takes to build a best-in-class team because we have one.
