As Accounts Receivable Clerk , the successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding their invoices, payments, and account collections. Ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Making bank deposits Accounts receivable clerks create bank statements for companies when clients submit payments in the form of cash or checks
- Creating invoices for clients Organizations issue invoices to clients to indicate that they owe payment
- Documenting transactions
- Assist in gathering information for monthly financial reporting
