WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
ERP Implementation (Hands-On Accounting Systems)
- Partner with Finance to configure and test core accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets)
- Lead key pieces of data migration: mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure clean financials on day one.
- Reconcile revenue flows (including integrations like Salesforce to banking) and ensure accuracy within the ERP.
- Build and refine financial reports, templates, and dashboards that Finance will actually use.
- Document accounting workflows and SOPs to create consistency and audit readiness.
- Serve as a day-to-day Finance Systems Administrator for Business Central.
- Maintain data integrity across subledgers, reconciliations, and integrations.
- Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and implement smarter workflows within the system.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate fixes with external consultants or the global ERP team.
- Develop tools, trackers, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency across Finance.
- Train and support non-finance teams (HR, Fundraising, Programs) on how financial data flows through the system
- Assist with reconciliations, bank validations, revenue mapping, investigating variances, posting corrections as needed.
- Support month-end and year-end close, audit support and financial reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve how financial data is captured and reported across the organization/streamline processes.
- Assist in internal control improvements, documentation updates, and audit trail management.
- Partner with Finance to configure and test core accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 1–3 years in accounting & ERP systems support (understand debits/credits, reconciliations, close process, GL mapping, system data validation)
- Exposure to an ERP implementation/support (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) (you’ve used it, tested it, or helped improve it)
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
- Interest in systems, process improvement, or automation, not just transactional work
- Ability to connect the dots between accounting data and how it flows through systems.
- Ability to document processes and use collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Visual acuity to use a keyboard and view a computer terminal. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp.
- May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand and walk.
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry and/or move light to medium weight up to twelve (12) pounds and/or exert up to twelve (12) pounds of force.
