What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Area Attendant position at Hulsing Hotels?
Commercial Area Attendants are responsible for keeping all lobbies and public facilities in a neat and clean condition, representing the hotel to all guests, assisting with guest needs, and completing all daily duties and assigned projects utilizing the principles, policies and standards of Hulsing Hotels.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Have detailed knowledge of and comply with all housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.
- Completion of all department Daily Checklists and shift reports before end of assigned shift and submission to the department manager.
- Daily cleaning of all atrium/recreation areas. Cleaning includes removal of trash; picking up debris; sweep, mop and vacuum floors; dust furniture and fixtures; clean windows and glass.
- Frequently cleaning all public restrooms and replenishing supplies.
- Cleaning, replenishing, and organization of pool area.
- In all guest interactions associate must always be professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
