Required Knowledge and Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in retail management.

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in retail management, preferably in natural foods or grocery.

Skills: Strong leadership, customer service orientation, merchandising, financial acumen, and team management skills. Proficiency in POS and inventory management systems.
