We are seeking a dedicated and detailed front desk Guest Services Associate at Homestead Country Club in Prairie Village, KS.
Summary:
The associate is responsible for operating the front desk while providing a variety of club services for members to optimize member satisfaction and revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be familiar and promote all events and functions at the club.
- Greet members immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
- Deliver an exceptional guest service experience.
- Answering phone calls and replying to emails regarding the member's questions
- Enforcing policies and procedures for members and guests
- Book court reservations using knowledge of system.
- Keep lobby clean and tidy.
- Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
- Assist in restaurant with to go orders.
- Follow all cash handling procedures.
Shift is 6am-2pm, Monday thru Friday
Qualifications:Requirements:
- Country Club or Front Desk experience a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates.
- Computer literate, Club Essentials system knowledge a plus
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
Salary : $16 - $18
