• Compensation: $80K to $110K base salary plus $30K to $50K commission tied to revenue targets, for $110K to $160K on-target earnings. Additional compensation may include equity participation and professional development support.

Job Description

As a Solution Engineer, you'll be the technical and strategic partner to our sales team, helping prospective clients envision what's possible with the HuLoop platform. You'll uncover customer challenges, design tailored solutions, and show how HuLoop delivers measurable business impact.

This is a high-visibility, pre-sales role. You'll directly influence customer adoption, revenue growth, and product direction, working closely with Account Executives from first discovery call through signed contract.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic, engaging software demonstrations that bring HuLoop's platform to life, showcasing tailored use cases, value propositions, and business impact.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, from discovery through close.
• Translate customer business challenges into tailored HuLoop solution designs.
• Build and deliver proof-of-value engagements that validate fit before contract signing.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with accurate, compelling answers.
• Serve as the technical voice of the customer, feeding market and product feedback back to Product Management and Engineering.
• Stay current on HuLoop's platform capabilities, roadmap, and competitive landscape.
• Support a smooth handoff to Customer Success and Implementation teams after close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or similar experience preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales role, ideally in SaaS or automation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and live demonstration skills, with the ability to captivate senior executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Strong discovery skills, able to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple active opportunities at once.
• Familiarity with AI, Intelligent Agents, or automation platforms strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in banking, credit unions, retail, or other regulated industries is a plus but not required.
