Product Manager

HuLoop is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our AI-powered Work Orchestration Platform. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, engineering, design, and executive leadership to deliver intelligent future of work solutions that solve real-world business challenges and create measurable customer value.

This role requires a strong blend of product strategy, customer discovery, technical aptitude, and market awareness.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap set by the CEO and VP of Product & Engineering.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and company objectives.

AI Agents & Orchestration

• Define requirements for AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, LLM-based reasoning, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Ensure orchestration of work stays fast, simple, and accessible for non-technical users.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and auditable platform capabilities, including multi-tenant architecture and enterprise-grade governance as we scale upmarket.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions across target industries.
• Grow HuLoop's library of pre-built, industry-specific intelligent agents into a scalable agent marketplace.

Customer & Market Engagement

• Conduct customer discovery, interviews, and market research.
• Lead Customer Advisory Boards and industry working groups.
• Translate customer feedback into product priorities and roadmap decisions.

Product Execution

• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX throughout the product lifecycle to keep the no-code/low-code builder experience fast and intuitive for non-technical users.
• Drive initiatives from concept through launch and adoption with disciplined planning and follow-through, moving quickly and iteratively in a startup environment without sacrificing platform reliability.

Data & Performance

• Establish and monitor product KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Use customer feedback and analytics to improve product outcomes.

Go-to-Market Support

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on product launches.
• Support messaging, positioning, competitive analysis, and customer-facing content.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, process automation, work orchestration platforms, or AI-driven products, with a demonstrated ability to plan, stay organized, and execute at startup speed.
• Experience delivering customer-facing software products from concept through launch.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and SaaS product lifecycles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities.
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills, with a track record of setting realistic timelines and consistently driving execution to committed dates.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across audiences, from executives to end users, both internally and with customers.

Preferred

• Experience with AI agents, LLM-based orchestration, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, or process automation platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations with legacy and RPA systems, and identity, security, and governance frameworks.
• Experience designing or managing no-code/low-code platforms built for non-technical users.
• Experience serving regulated industries or enterprise customers.
