Qualifications
- Legal Research and Drafting skills
- Strong understanding of trial preparation and court procedures
- Effective communication and client representation skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Tennessee
- Previous experience in labor and employment law is a plus
