Role Description
This is an on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Tullahoma, TN. Given the breadth of the firm’s practice, the Associate Attorney may handle a wide variety of cases ranging from collections, business disputes, civil rights cases, municipal law, criminal law, and family law. Pay negotiable based upon the applicant’s experience and status as full-time/part-time. Benefits for full time employees include health insurance with FSA, 401k.
Qualifications
At least
- 2 years of experience in the practice of law.
Attorneys with more experience are also invited to apply
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and membership in the Tennessee State Bar
- Experience with a legal case management system a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships
- Organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload
- Some prior experience in courtroom proceedings and litigation is preferred, but not necessary
