Signage and Graphics Specialist - Augusta, GA (onsite)

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Signage & Graphics Specialist to plan, design, and manage the production of all signage and banner projects across our property portfolio. This role combines creative design skills with technical production knowledge to ensure that every sign, banner, and graphic meets brand standards, communicates effectively, and is delivered on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Production

• Design a wide range of signage and banner materials for interior and exterior applications.
• Prepare files and execute all aspects of large-format printing, including output, printing, and trimming.
• Ensure all signage and graphics meet company standards for quality, clarity, and messaging.
• Work closely with printers, fabricators, and installers to facilitate accurate production and installation.

Planning & Project Management

• Plan, track, and manage multiple signage projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements, provide design solutions, and meet deadlines.
• Assist with obtaining pricing and managing vendor quotes.
• Ensure timely packaging and shipment of signage materials to properties when needed.

Technical & Fabrication Knowledge

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of sign construction methods, materials, and installation requirements.
• Provide input on fabrication approaches and ensure designs align with production capabilities.
• Support cost estimation by understanding materials, printing methods, and labor needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of professional design experience with a focus on signage and large-format graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).
• Experience preparing files for large-format printing, including color management and finishing.
• Strong understanding of sign fabrication processes, materials, and pricing considerations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience packaging and shipping materials is preferred.
