Hull Lift Truck, Inc.is currently seeking aService Coordinatorfor our Kentwood, MIlocation due to continued growth.TheService Coordinator will build repair estimates for external and internal customers and ensure timely delivery to customers with explanation of proposed services.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordination of preventive maintenance with customers and the Service Manager
- Ensure timely delivery of service estimates to customers and explanation of proposed services
- Update and open service work orders daily
- Create and update service quotes
- Honor commitments to customer and internal team members
- Track parts required for jobs to ensure they are ordered and if needed assist technician in ordering parts
- Coordinate when parts are coming in, so the technician can be dispatched efficiently to minimize multiple and unnecessary service calls
- Assist associates with overflow phone calls with goal of achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must possess basic math and computer skills with the ability to quickly learn the business system software utilized by the department
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite
- Ability to quickly learn to work with OEM information systems
- Superior customer service and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Dispatching or material handling industry experience helpful
- Extremely detail oriented
- Honest and high level of integrity
- Reliable with strong work ethic
- Interpersonal and active listening skills
- Team player
