ABOUT THE ROLE
HULK is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Shop Technician to support our Midland operations.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, keeping equipment and work areas organized, and helping the team meet daily production goals. The Shop Technician will work with HULK products and customer-owned equipment through refurbishment, assembly, inspection, material handling, and general shop operations.
This position is a strong fit for someone with warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, oilfield service, mechanical, or similar hands-on experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Refurbish customer-owned equipment according to HULK standards, procedures, and production requirements
- Assemble HULK products using hand tools, shop equipment, and other materials while following product specifications
- Inspect equipment and completed work for quality and proper assembly
- Safely operate shop equipment such as sandblasting equipment, torque machines, cutter insert machines, forklifts, and telehandlers based on training and authorization
- Load, unload, move, organize, and stage materials and equipment throughout the facility
- Support the receipt, storage, and movement of new and refurbished inventory
- Maintain tools and shop equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for safe operation
- Follow HULK safety procedures and use required Personal Protective Equipment
- Assist with product movement, deliveries, and other operational needs as assigned by shop leadership
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years of related experience in a shop, warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, oilfield service, mechanical, or similar environment preferred
- Hands-on mechanical or assembly experience preferred
- Forklift or telehandler experience preferred, or willingness to complete required training
- Ability to safely use hand tools and shop equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow procedures, production requirements, and safety expectations
- Willingness to adapt as operational priorities change
PHYSICAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
This is an active, hands-on shop position. Team members should be prepared to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
- Regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bend, reach, kneel, climb, crawl, and work in different physical positions
- Work with hand tools and shop equipment throughout the day
- Work in a warehouse and shop environment with exposure to noise and changing temperatures
- Wear required PPE, including safety-toed footwear, eye protection, and other protective equipment based on the task
SCHEDULE
The regular schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Additional overtime, weekend, or holiday work may be required based on operational needs.

Salary : $33,719 - $46,470
