What are the responsibilities and job description for the AC Customer Service + Office Assistant position at Hulett Environmental Services, Inc?
What you’ll be doing
Tasks vary from day to day, but examples of your main areas of responsibility will be:
- Answering phone calls with a friendly manner and getting our customers scheduled for service or installs
- Coordinating between our field technicians and our customers
- Working on permitting for our new AC installations and later, the related warranties
- Ordering supplies needed for our jobs
- Handling invoices and preparing customer payments for bank deposits
What we’re looking for
- A candidate who has successful work experience with general office support and enjoys keeping things organized and coordinated.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft products, professional phone manner, well organized, attention to detail, eager to learn and contribute.

- Flexibility – we primarily need coverage in the afternoon until 5p. We are open to # hours per week and schedule. Position can be 20-25-30-35-40 hours per week. Please include your available work hours with your application.
