Examples of what you’ll do …
- Talk to our customers about any of our services [pest control, lawn, termite, etc.]
- Understand and document customer requests and provide prompt, friendly assistance
- Schedule service appointments, route our service technicians, and work with your team to help achieve customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with service technicians, with sales team, with management, etc.
What we are looking for …
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent phone manner – able to confidently and professionally communicate with our customers, fellow employees, and management
- Call Center Representative experience
- Organized, attention to detail, strong multi-tasker
- Eager to learn and grow
