Responsibilities vary from day to day, but include items such as: 

  • Handling escalated matters - talking to unhappy customers to resolve complaints regarding repairs or billing
  • Overseeing the warehouse and truck equipment to ensure Technicians have the refrigerant, motors, and filters and other items they need
  • Assisting with troubleshooting
  • helping to coordinate the daily stops for Technicians and Helpers
  • Monitoring staff, jobs, safety protocols, etc.
  • Quality Control reviews of completed jobs
