What You’ll Do Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and pursue new customers and revenue opportunities
- Aggressively build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and outreach
- Sell bin cleaning and product transfer services to agricultural customers
- Deliver solution-based sales presentations focused on planned maintenance services
- Penetrate new markets and develop long-term customer relationships
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver for customers
- Strengthen relationships with existing accounts while expanding revenue opportunities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
Strategy & Revenue Planning
- Develop plans to increase revenue, expand market share, and grow accounts
- Identify opportunities for planned maintenance services and repeat business
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet growth targets
What We're Looking For
✔ Proven success in business development, sales, or account management
✔ Experience selling to agriculture, grain handling, industrial, or service industries (preferred)
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to prospect aggressively and close new business
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously
✔ Proficiency with basic computer systems and MS Office
Work Environment
- Travel: Approximately 60% travel required
- Work Location: Remote / home office with frequent customer visits
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or carry materials up to 50 lbs
