Job Summary
We are a Christian Owned and Operated company seeking a dynamic and dedicated Staff Attorney to join our legal team, committed to advancing justice and providing expert legal counsel across a diverse range of practice areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in multiple legal disciplines, including estate planning, landlord-tenant law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, entertainment law, litigation, and patent law. Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research utilizing LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other legal research tools to inform case strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft clear, precise legal documents including briefs, memos, contracts, pleadings, and other litigation materials to support case development.
- Provide expert guidance on estate planning strategies and assist clients with complex environmental law issues.
- Negotiate settlements and legal agreements effectively across various practice areas such as family law, landlord-tenant disputes, securities transactions, and tribal regulations.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, mediations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
- Advise clients on a broad spectrum of legal matters including immigration procedures, workers' compensation claims, personal injury cases, patent filings, and securities compliance.
- Maintain meticulous records of all case activities and ensure timely updates on case progress through the firm’s legal administrative systems.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Minimum of three years of experience practicing law across multiple disciplines such as estate planning, real estate law or litigation.
- Proven expertise in legal research using Westlaw or LexisNexis is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to draft comprehensive legal documents with exceptional writing skills.
- Experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution within diverse legal contexts.
- Familiarity with court procedures and regulatory frameworks related to tribal law and securities compliance is preferred.
