Role Description
This role is a client‑facing technical support and coordination position, not a sales role. The Technical Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between customers and Huisman’s engineering, service, and operations teams to support installed equipment, service needs, and project execution throughout the lifecycle of the customer relationship.
Qualifications
- Serve as the primary client contact for technical service, equipment support, and project coordination
- Support customers by translating operational or technical needs to internal engineering, service, and project teams
- Coordinate service activities, schedules, and follow‑up related to equipment performance and client requests
- Track project and service progress, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations are met
- Assist with technical proposals, service scopes, and documentation (supporting role, not sales ownership)
- Maintain working knowledge of Huisman equipment, services, and industry applications to better support customers
The Account Manager role is based at our North America Services office in Rosenberg, TX. We operate under a hybrid work model in which employees may work remotely or onsite depending on the needs of their assignments. Please note: a minimum of six months of in‑office training in Rosenberg is required before hybrid work eligibility begins.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
