This role involves managing inquiries, coordinating with various departments, maintaining accurate records, and handling customer instances efficiently. The position requires a proactive approach to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service processes within the store. Must be 18 years or older to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service desk.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Run daily reports and reconcile cashier tills.
- Handle customer instances and answer phone calls professionally.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Utilize POS systems and manage cash handling efficiently.
