Key Responsibilities:
- Bake cakes to a consistent quality by following established recipes and fulfilling customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards in the baking area.
- Manage inventory, ensuring that stock displays are organized and replenished as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with orders.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of baked goods.
- Create visually appealing products through skilled cake decorating and frosting techniques.
