What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Utilize effective communication skills in delivering exceptional service to customers, driving business with
- Oversees daily retail operations: including store maintenance, inventory, logistics and loss prevention.
- Executes company initiatives and strategy at the retail level.
- Works with visual merchandising and contractors to acquire fixtures and materials for projects.
- Works with the IT department to manage the POS and other Retail-related information systems.
- Efficiently manages all operational functions including receiving/back room, inventory, merchandising and
- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies followed.
- Cultivate a relationship with the community via personal involvement, PR events and advertising
- Assist in the implementation of Health & Safety policy and operational procedures utilizing training and
- Follow and implement local law/regulations and observation of HUGO BOSS standards regarding Health &
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of Operation Management experience
- Effective time management skills, and a proven ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work with retail operating systems, handle the PC and scanning equipment.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills
