Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, well-organized store.
- Manage and train new hires.
- Ensure that the needs of all customers are met by answering questions, providing recommendations, and resolving complaints.
- Sell merchandise by demonstrating merchandise and suggesting product applications to customers.
- Keep inventory in stock; replenish as needed.
- Evaluate the performance of store personnel to determine their effectiveness in performing job functions.
- Manage and budget costs; maximize profitability.
