Fast paced and growing residential construction company is seeking experienced Punch Out Technicians to join our dynamic team in our Georgia and Alabama locations. Salary may vary based upon experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a wide range of technical skills. This role requires hands-on experience in various aspects of construction, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. The Technician will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards while adhering to safety protocols and timelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Construction Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Inspections and Assessments: Conducting thorough walkthroughs to identify imperfections, damages, or incomplete work.
- Minor Repairs and Touch-Ups: Fixing issues like drywall damage, paint touch-ups, trim adjustments, and hardware replacements.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all work adheres to project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborating with supervisors, subcontractors, and potentially clients to address punch list items.
- Final Preparation: Preparing the project for handover by addressing any remaining issues and ensuring a polished final product.
