Head Soccer Coach – Now Hiring
We are looking for an energetic, positive, and motivated Head Soccer Coach to lead our soccer program and help develop student-athletes both on and off the field. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about soccer, enjoys working with young athletes, and is committed to building a positive and competitive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead team practices and games.
- Teach soccer fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and game strategy.
- Motivate and encourage student-athletes to reach their full potential.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all players.
- Work collaboratively with the Athletic Department, school staff, and families.
- Organize team activities and help promote the growth of the soccer program.
- Follow all school and athletic department policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Passion for soccer and working with student-athletes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and build positive relationships with players.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to creating a successful program.
- Previous coaching experience is welcome but not required. Individuals with a strong knowledge of soccer and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
