Packaging Associate - PM's/Ricotta

Packaging Associate – Juda, WisconsinOur customer in Juda, Wisconsin is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join their team. We’re hiring a Packaging Associate to work full-time on night shift. In this role, you will rotate through multiple packaging positions while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.Responsibilities of the Packaging Associate:Rotate positions every 30 minutes to support multiple packaging functions.Operate assigned packaging equipment and related computer systems under the direction of Team Leaders/Managers.Ensure products meet Grande’s quality and safety standards.Monitor continuous product flow for proper positioning, spacing, sealing, and codes/labels.Perform visual inspections for defects and rework or discard defective products per procedures.Set up, calibrate, and perform minor maintenance on packaging equipment.Complete required paperwork, logs, and computer entries to ensure inventory accuracy.Operate, inspect, and maintain forklifts safely.Follow all safety and sanitation rules and maintain a clean work environment.Packaging Associate Requirements and Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred.Minimum of one (1) year of related experience and/or training required (food manufacturing experience preferred).Ability to lift 20–50 lbs., climb, and work in hot, cold, and humid conditions.Strong attention to detail with ability to follow procedures.Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.Pay for Packaging Associate: $23/hour shift differentialsPackaging Associate Benefits:Health insurance.Paid time off.401k with company match.Paid weekly.Direct deposit.Paid training.Type: Full-time, Night Shift, Rotating Schedule.Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM; Rotating 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (Team 2)Apply now!Are you ready to move from the worries of today to your dreams of tomorrow?
