Network Operations Center Technician: Lake Geneva, WisconsinOur customer in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re hiring Network Operations Center Technicians to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Network Operations Center Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support and ensuring the reliable performance of VSAT and network systems. Responsibilities of the Network Operations Center Technician:Delivering first-level technical assistance to clients regarding satellite services, networks, and related equipment.Monitoring VSAT and terrestrial networks for failures, alerts, and performance issues.Troubleshooting and resolving technical concerns via phone, email, and chat, while documenting all actions taken.Creating and managing trouble tickets, handling Service Configuration Requests, and preparing customer performance reports.Supporting installation, maintenance, and operation of VSAT systems and associated equipment.Utilizing network management tools and vendor software to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Network Operations Center Technician Requirements and Qualifications:Ability to work on-site in Lake Geneva, WI.Basic understanding of IP addressing, NAT, VLAN, and troubleshooting methodologies.Experience with network monitoring tools, reporting, and technical support preferred.Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and analytical skills.Ability to work occasional weekends, holidays, night shifts, overtime, and limited travel (<20%) to support a 24/7 NOC.HS Diploma required; technical training or relevant experience in SATCOM, networking, or IT support preferred.Proficiency with MS Office Suite and comfort handling sensitive customer data. Pay for Network Operations Center Technician: $22–$25/hour.
